What are Pythien Grip Products
Pythien grip products are formulated by our very own PhD chemist. The product conditions the surface it is applied to and creates a better grip, increasing performance. It doubles as a cleaning solution for the surface it is applied to.
Why do I need a grip spray?
Athletes deserve to perform at their highest capacity and should not be limited by the equipment they are using. Pythien developed these products to increase an athlete’s potential performance. Shoes are designed with a natural ability to grip, and Pythien grip spray products increase a shoe’s grip potential by maximizing the effectiveness of the material the shoe is made from. Even new shoes are limited in capabilities that are increased by using Pythien grip sprays.
Do any of the products leave a residue on the shoe or court?
No! Pythien has carefully manufactured this product to evaporate quickly and leave no residue on the shoe or court at all.
How long does the product work once applied?
This product will dramatically increase grip capabilities for approximately 30-45 minutes. Timing depends on the surface, cleanliness, and intensity of the activity.
How long will one bottle last me?
This product lasts for approximately 350 individual sprays. With three sprays on each shoe on an application, it will last up to 58 activity sessions!
Are the ingredients eco-friendly?
Yes, Pythien grip spray is formulated with biodegradable materials. Pythien also uses an aluminum bottle which supports our green initiative policies.
What effect will this have on my shoe long term?
These products are designed to temporarily interact with the material in the shoe sole, providing an increase in shoe grip. It was not designed to permanently change the material make-up of the shoe.
Orders & shipping
How do I place an order?
Pick your sport, choose LOCKDOWN, RALLY, or DROPSHOT, and add it to your cart. Follow the checkout steps to complete your purchase. You'll get a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us at info@pythien.com within 3 hours of placing your order, and we'll do what we can to change or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, we're not able to make changes.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2 business days and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. You'll get tracking as soon as your order ships. Every order ships free.
Do you offer international shipping?
Right now we only ship within the U.S. We're working on expanding.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the bottle is unopened and unused. Because Pythien is a spray product, we're not able to accept opened or used bottles for return.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Who covers return shipping costs?
You do, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
